Consulting
Consulting (in this case the notion included both consulting and representation) is a traditional way of providing legal services.
There can be consulting on a regular basis (subscription services) and one-time services.
Subscription service supposes the ongoing legal support of the client’s activity. The number of the tasks set by the client is unlimited irrespective of their difficulty. A fixed monthly payment is established according to the estimated volume of the works.
One-time consulting is provided when the difficulty of the task is known beforehand. There’s a fixed amount for one-time consulting. If at the moment of signing the agreement the sides are unable to specify the volume of the legal procedures hourly pay is established.
The average rate of hourly payment of our expert is 500.00 UAH per hour (inclusive of VAT).
